We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and honour placements. We do not sell your data.

Luxe Watchez (“we”, “us”) provides private catalogue and specialist advisory services. We are the data controller for personal information described in this policy.

We may collect:

  • Contact details you provide (name, email, telephone, city).
  • Enquiry content — wrist size, preferences, pieces of interest, timing.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location from IP.
  • Communications — email, WhatsApp and call notes kept for continuity of advice.

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, advise on pieces, complete placements, provide aftercare, and improve the site. We process data on the basis of contract, legitimate interest in running a specialist business, and consent where required (for example marketing messages).

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, analytics where enabled) under confidentiality terms, with logistics partners when delivering a piece you have purchased, and when required by law or to protect our rights.

Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as needed for advice, warranty and regulatory purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures; no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

We operate from Dubai, London and Mumbai. Data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, with safeguards where required by law.
