CuSn8 bronze and a deep olive dial, in a cushion case that is supposed to take a patina. We took this one in because the tarnish is even and the caseback — titanium — has been kept off the skin.

Specialist notes
Bronze oxidises. We have not lacquered it and we will not. The previous owner wore it in salt water; the green is in the right places. If you want a bronze watch that still looks new, this is the wrong piece and we will find you another.
The movement is a GMT with a service in 2024. Tool watches are the one part of the book where we prefer evidence of use.
We photographed this case every month for a year after it arrived. The dial was already the colour of two-year bronze. That is why it is here.
